From choosing a plan to getting online
FirstSIM sells prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for use in Pakistan, entirely online. This page explains how the business works, what you can buy, how you pay, and exactly what happens between your first click and a working connection.
Our business model
One product, sold directly to the person who uses it.
What we sell
Data-only eSIM plans for eSIM-compatible phones: a fixed amount of mobile data for a fixed number of days, on the Jazz network. No phone number, calls or SMS, and no physical products.
Who buys it
People in Pakistan whose phone supports eSIM and who need mobile data on it, including owners of non-PTA phones that cannot use a local SIM.
How we operate
Every eSIM is issued individually, for the order it belongs to, through our eSIM platform once payment is confirmed. We hold no stock and ship nothing. Payment checks and support are handled by a person.
How we earn
The one-time price of each plan, plus optional top-ups when a customer wants more data. No subscriptions, no automatic renewals, no hidden fees.
What you can buy
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are the total you pay: one-time, nothing renews, and there are no delivery charges.
The customer journey
Every order follows the same seven steps.

Browse and choose a plan
Compare the plans on the homepage or on a plan page: data, validity and the price in PKR. “Full details” shows everything about a plan before you commit.

Check your phone
Type your phone model into the free phone checker. It tells you whether the phone supports eSIM before any money changes hands.

Checkout
One page: your name, mobile number and email address, then the payment method. We ask only for what we need to deliver the eSIM and reach you.

Pay
Pay the order total in PKR. Today that is Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer: you send the money, enter the transaction ID on your order page, and a person confirms it, usually within minutes during the day. Card and wallet payments through our payment gateway are being added.

Confirmation
You get an order reference such as FS-4K7QM and an order page that shows its status. You can track the order at any time without logging in.

Delivery
The moment payment is confirmed, the eSIM is issued, usually in about a minute, and delivered by email and WhatsApp and on your order page as a QR code with installation instructions. Nothing is shipped; see the shipping & delivery policy.

Install and go online
Scan the QR code and switch on Data Roaming for the eSIM, and the phone connects. If anything goes wrong a person helps you, and if it cannot be fixed you get a full refund under the refund policy.
How payment works
Every price is charged once, in PKR, for one order placed on firstsim.pk.
Available today
Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. You send the exact order total, enter the transaction ID on your order page, and a person matches it against our account. The eSIM is issued the moment the payment is confirmed.
Card, wallet and bank account payments, through RapidGateway
Being addedThe payment gateway will be used for one thing: taking payment for FirstSIM orders at checkout. This is how it works for the customer:
- 1. At checkout, you choose Easypaisa or JazzCash.
- 2. You are taken to the payment gateway’s secure payment page and pay the exact order total in PKR, then approve it in your app. Your wallet details are entered there, never on our site, and we never see or store them.
- 3. The gateway confirms the payment to us automatically and returns you to your order page.
- 4. Your eSIM is issued immediately and delivered by email and WhatsApp and on your order page.
- 5. If a refund is due under our refund policy, it goes back through the gateway to the same card or wallet.
No subscriptions and no recurring charges: every payment is for a single order.
