Bought your iPhone from abroad? Check it is unlocked
On the iPhone: Settings › General › About › Carrier Lock. “No SIM restrictions” means you are good to go.
Your phone works. Here are the plans.
One-time payment. Nothing renews.
Why we ask where you bought it
iPhones sold in mainland China are built with two physical SIM slots and no eSIM chip at all — the same model number from Dubai works perfectly.
US iPhones from the 14 onward go the other way: no SIM tray at all, eSIM only. Getting that wrong is the most common reason someone buys an eSIM they cannot install, so it is worth one extra question.
Not on the list?
We only list models we have actually verified. Send us the model number from Settings and we will check it properly — usually within a few minutes.
iPhone: Settings → General → About → Model Number
Android: Settings → About phone → Model
If the answer is no
Then no eSIM from anyone will work on that phone, and we would rather tell you now than take your money. There is no workaround we are holding back and nothing to upsell you — eSIM is hardware, and a phone either has it or does not.
If you have another handset lying around, check that one instead. Older phones you have stopped using are often eSIM-capable.
