2. What you are buying
A data-only roaming eSIM: a digital SIM profile that gives your phone mobile internet on a local network, for a set amount of data over a set number of days.
It works on compatible unlocked devices without local registration. It is not:
- a Pakistani phone number;
- a voice or SMS service;
- a physical SIM card;
- a subscription — nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
We are not a mobile network. The connection is carried by a licensed mobile network operator, and the coverage and speed you get are theirs to deliver, not ours to promise.
3. Your device
You are responsible for your handset being eSIM-capable and unlocked. We provide a free compatibility checker and we will tell you honestly when we are not certain about a model. If your phone turns out to be incapable, the refund policy covers you.
An eSIM cannot be transferred to another device once installed. Install it on the phone you intend to use.
4. Device registration and duty
We make no representation whatsoever about your device's registration status, or about any duty, tax or levy that may apply to it. Buying from us does not change any of that, and nothing on this site should be read as advice about it. Those matters are between you and the relevant authority.
5. Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed, the eSIM is issued and sent by email and to the WhatsApp number you gave us, and is also shown on your order page. Issuing usually takes about a minute. Confirming a manual payment is done by a human and takes longer at night. Nothing is physically shipped; the shipping & delivery policy has the detail.
Your installation link and activation code are secrets. Anyone who has them can install your eSIM. Do not post them or forward them.
6. Validity
The validity period begins when the eSIM first connects to a network, not when you pay — so you can buy now and install later. Once it starts it runs continuously, including days you do not use it. Unused data does not roll over and expires with the plan.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the connection to:
- break any law that applies to you;
- send bulk unsolicited messages, or run automated abuse of any kind;
- attack, scan or interfere with anyone else's systems;
- resell the connection as your own service.
Serious abuse can get the eSIM suspended by the network, and we cannot refund a plan that was terminated for it.
8. What we are responsible for
We are responsible for delivering a working eSIM and supporting it. If we fail, the refund policy applies and our liability is limited to what you paid for that order.
We are not responsible for consequential losses — a missed booking, a business opportunity, or data charges on another network. We also cannot be responsible for the coverage, speed or availability of the underlying mobile network, which is outside our control.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer law that cannot legally be limited.
9. Prices and payment
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include everything — there is no delivery charge, SIM fee or activation fee. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices for future orders; a change never affects an order already placed.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the version in force for your order is the one published on the day you bought. The date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Sialkot have jurisdiction. Before it ever gets that far, message us — nearly everything is fixable in a conversation.
Anything here unclear, or something went wrong with an order? A person answers, not a bot.
