1. What FirstSIM is

FirstSIM is an independent provider of data-only international roaming eSIMs — the same kind of mobile-internet connection a visitor to Pakistan uses. We sell connectivity for a compatible, unlocked phone, and nothing more. It is designed for non-PTA phones: handsets that cannot register on a local network and would otherwise sit on Wi-Fi only.

2. What it does not do

• It is not a mobile network. The connection is carried by a licensed network operator; coverage and speed are theirs, not ours to promise.
• It does not unlock, modify, jailbreak or alter your device in any way.
• It does not register your phone and does not change its PTA status.
• It is not a way around any device registration, duty, tax or levy, and we make no such claim.

3. Your responsibilities

Any device registration, duty or tax that applies to your handset is a matter between you and the relevant authority. Nothing on this site is advice about it, and buying from us changes none of it. You are responsible for using the connection lawfully.

4. Coverage, speed and figures

Coverage, speed and availability depend on the underlying network and are outside our control. Data-usage figures shown in your account come from the network and can lag a few hours, so they are a guide rather than a live meter.
