Will it work on my phone?

Any iPhone XS, XR or newer: yes. Other phones: dial *#06# — if an EID number shows, it works. If it does not work on a supported, unlocked phone, you get a refund.

Is it a package on my Jazz / Zong SIM?

No. It is a separate digital SIM (eSIM). Your own SIM and its balance stay exactly as they are.

Do I get a new number? Can I call?

No new number — it is data only. WhatsApp, WhatsApp calls, Instagram and YouTube work. Normal calls and SMS stay on your own SIM.

How do I get it and install it?

Seconds after payment, the QR and a one-tap install link come on WhatsApp and email. Install on Wi-Fi, then turn Data Roaming ON for the FirstSIM line. A step-by-step guide comes with it.

When do my days start?

When the eSIM first connects — not when you buy it. You can install it now and use it later.

What when the data runs out?

Top up the same eSIM any time at firstsim.pk/topup.php with your WhatsApp number. No new QR, no new eSIM. Or tick "Keep me connected" below and it renews itself.

My phone is JV / carrier-locked?

It needs an unlocked phone. On iPhone: Settings › General › About › Carrier Lock should say "No SIM restrictions".

Two settings to get online

A roaming eSIM needs two settings on the phone. Without them it shows signal but no internet. This is how roaming works on every network; it is not a fault.

Data Roaming: ON for the FirstSIM line.
iPhone: Settings › Mobile Data › FirstSIM line › Data Roaming. Android: Settings › Connections › Mobile networks › Data roaming.
Network: LTE / 4G, not 5G.
iPhone: Settings › Mobile Data › FirstSIM line › Voice & Data › LTE. Android: Mobile networks › Network mode › LTE/3G/2G (auto).

Also check that Mobile Data is set to the FirstSIM line.
